Does the cushion come with a cover?

Yes! Every BluCushion comes with a machine washable, black protective cover for both travel and safe-keeping!

Does the cushion contain liquid gel? Will it burst?

No the BluCushion does not contain any liquid.

Will the cushion melt in the sun?

We do recommend not leaving the cushion in extreme heat for long periods of time, but general weather and most day-to-day use will be fine.

Can I use the cushion lying down?

Yes! Many of our customers have reduced their back pain by placing the BluCushion underneath them while lying down!

Does the cushion have a weight limit?

No the BluCushion does not have a weight limit.

Can I use the cushion on airplanes?

Yes! The BluCushion makes for a fantastic travel companion while flying. It can greatly increase comfort and reduce stress on your lower back and spine while sitting for extended periods. You don't need first class flights to have a first class sitting experience!

Can I use the cushion in a kayak or boat?

Yes! Many of our customers use their BluCushion to increase comfort and reduce stress on their spine and lower back whilst in a boat or kayak!

Does the cushion come in a different color?

The BluCushion only comes in blue, however each BluCushion does come with a FREE black protective cover that will provide a more incognito look.

Can I use the cushion on a wheelchair?

Yes! Our BluCushions work great in wheelchairs!

Will the cushion help my back pain?

The BluCushion is designed to help increase comfort and reduce stress and pressure on your lower back and spine. We recognise that everybody's situation is different. For that reason we are unable to make any promises or guarantees. We do offer a 60 Day Return Policy, so we recommend trying it out and seeing how it works for you! 

Does the cushion have an odour?

No the BluCushion is odourless.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Shipping times vary by country, but it normally takes between 7 - 14 business days for your order to arrive. UPDATE: Due to COVID some locations may experience additional processing delays. This is outside of our control. You can track your order here.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number. You can track your order here.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After you place your order, we automatically send an order confirmation to the email or phone number you provided us at checkout. After we ship your order, we also send a shipping confirmation to the email or phone number you provided us. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails. (Please Note: If you provided an email address at checkout you will receive an email confirmation. If you provided your phone number, you will receive an SMS confirmation).

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! BluPosture provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers, apartment office or local post office.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING INFO UPDATING, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG?

This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support@bluposture.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

BluPosture is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

It usually takes 7-14 business days for most orders to arrive, however delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. BluPosture is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
