Your tracking number should have been sent to you within 2-3 days after placing your order.

Important: If you provided us your email at checkout, you should have received your tracking number via email, if you provided only your phone number at checkout you should have received your tracking number via SMS.

2) If it has been 7 days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, cannot locate your tracking number, or are experiencing difficulties tracking your order, please click here to contact our expert Customer Support Team.
