Insert your tracking number into the field above. Your tracking number should have been automatically sent via EMAIL or SMS to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Your tracking number should have been sent to you within 2-3 days after placing your order.

Important: If you provided us your email at checkout, you should have received your tracking number via email, if you provided only your phone number at checkout you should have received your tracking number via SMS.

1) If you cannot locate the email containing your tracking number, please make sure to check your spam folder.

2) If it has been 7 days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, cannot locate your tracking number, or are experiencing difficulties tracking your order, please click here to contact our expert Customer Support Team.
