Just thought to write a brief review of my experience so far with this cushion. Well, I've had it for about 2 months now and I can't say enough great things about it. It's a BUTT-SAVER!! I've been suffering from recurring pain in my tailbone area for some time now - about a year - it comes and goes but when it comes it's very painful and makes sitting down and getting up very difficult for me -- even on the sofa or a cushioned chair. After looking around and doing a little research I decided to try this one out and I'm so happy and grateful that I did.

Great product. my husband injured his lower back/tailbone area and was in pain whenever he sat down. this pillow works great and doesnt hurt when he sits on it. worth every penny! we have had it about 6 months now and it still works great. also cats love it too for some reason :)

OMG ... this is fantastic! My sister has had several fainting episodes and always seemed to land on her tailbone. She has also had back surgery to attempt to correct her bulging discs (also from her falls), but that made her worse. She has been unable to sit in any chair comfortably ... until now. This cushion finally gave her the relief she has been searching for. I'm so happy for her, I could cry. Thank you so much for your wonderful product. Highly recommend to anyone with similar pains.

I bought this for my husband who needs a pad to sit on to avoid pressure sores. This one works great. It is very comfortable. One extra plus is that if it gets soiled you can easily clean it instead of having to throw it away.

Had it delivered to work and started using it the minute I unboxed it. No odor or anything. I felt the difference right away in my sitting posture and took the pressure off my tail bone. It also gave me about 2 inches while sitting which I was also looking for.

I got this for my husband for his truck. He likes the way it feels while he is sitting in it. He can tell a big difference in the pressure on his tail born from riding and sitting for long periods. When he hits a bump it helps the shock from being so ruff. The gel helps the seat be softer and comfortable to set on. It also helps air circulate threw the cushion. When he gets off of it it goes back to the way it was when he put it in the seat. This is worth the price and the feeling of not being sore or stuff in the tail area after riding a long ways.

The quality of the gel is good. It is convenient to use if the seat in the car is too low or the driver is not high, about 3cm the seat will be higher. Helps with back ache too. Measurement 41cm x 34cm x 4cm. Fits most seat pads.

I work from home and sit at a desk in front of a computer for a minimum of 10 hours per day. I used to have to get up at least hourly for breaks that never helped to alleviate the 24/7 sciatica pain down my left leg. And long hours at my desk would leave my whole body sore. I've only had this cushion 1 day and my sciatica is barely noticeable, and I woke up today in no pain after using it yesterday. I'm a small person, so I can see how this might not be a good fit for everyone, but for me it's already had a positive impact. I think because they are just cut foam with gel top and a thin cover that they will probably wear down easily, especially since I sit for so long, but it's a reasonable price and if I get 6 months at a time out of one, I'll consider that a pretty decent return on my investment. :)

I'm a runner who has frequent hip pain and issues with the piriformis muscle (muscle deep in buttock area that pushes against sciatica when inflamed). I bought this for the office due to the long hours of sitting all day, it really really helps!! The piriformis is greater irritated by long periods of sitting and pressure against it, this cushion helps alleviate some of that pressure!
At first I felt silly because I'm only 32 and some others in the office poked fun, but they have since ordered one after trying mine!!! I think anyone that has to sit for extended hours a day should def order one of these!

Tried this for an injured sacrum (the bone around the tailbone) and it made sitting bearable during healing. So comfy my driver seat feels hard without it! Only problem I find is it is not long or wide enough to support your thighs. So the edges of the cushion leave uncomfortable areas on your thigh and buttocks. I am no fat ass by any means, 6'1'' 160 lbs. I know there are folks out there with twice the butt I have!
Would be 5 star if 4" wider and 6-8" longer.

This seat cushion is SO GOOD. I have had a lot of problems with pressure on my tailbone and resulting back problems, and they've been getting worse. I will be honest, I have only tried the old-fashioned medical donuts, so I don't have much to compare it to. However, this cushion is nicely thick, and takes all pressure off my tailbone.

I HIGHLY recommend this seat cushion. I am a receptionist and sit pretty much all day long. I've had back and neck issues from a car accident, and sitting just aggravates things more. About 6 months ago I started having shooting pains from my left hip down the side of my leg, and even worse sharp and shooting pain from just below my right butt check down the back of my leg. Sciatic issues... :( Seeing a chiropractor and starting yoga type exercise has help immensely. But this seat cushion is my real life saver. I bought one for work first and had immediate results. The right side shooting pain started to diminish. I got tired of hauling the seat from my office to the car and back again, so I bought a 2nd one. The car ride home is so much better. Just a 30 minute commute would have me limping with pain, not anymore. I'm not 100% better, I still get flareups, but less often and I know I'd be way worse all the time without this. Two of my co-workers have also purchased this seat cushion as a result of my success, and they love theirs too!

My review is not based on health benefits. I've had an office chair for years and the seat is in need of cushioning. I saw this and decided to spend the extra money over a simple fabric filled type. I love this. It feel great. And while I have not had any issues with my tail bone, the design does make it much more comfortable.

10 out of 10. It’s very comfortable to sit on and ideal for office chairs. It is soft and the tougher the chair, the better it works. The cushion came with a black cover.
